Our students rolled up their sleeves and got hands-on in the kitchen, preparing dough for delicious Manakish. Whether it was thyme or cheese, each one was made with care and creativity.
From kneading the dough to spreading the toppings, the process was as fun as it was educational. And of course, the best part was savoring those freshly baked Manakish together—nothing beats the taste of something you’ve made yourself!
